Basil Hummus

 You will need
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • A tin of chickpeas drained
  • One clove of garlic
  • One tablespoon of salt
  • Half a tablespoon of black pepper
  • Half cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • a pinch of paprika
Simply blend all ingredients together , slowly add the olive oil until the mixture becomes smooth, check for seasoning and sprinkle paprika on top.
